Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. Billing, VAT, and payment processing are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms and practices.
Edithority grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for analyzing your own content through its three core modules — Editorial Audit, Algorithmic Optimization, and AI Integrity — and to access published editorial content via the Blog. You agree not to:
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you submit — including text, documents, and URLs. Edithority claims no rights over your content.
Content Processing: By submitting content, you grant Edithority a limited, transient license to process it for the purpose of delivering analysis results across the applicable module — Editorial Audit (10 markers), Algorithmic Optimization (paragraph-level readiness), or AI Integrity (factual integrity, bias, compliance, AI transparency, and ethical assessment). As part of this process, content may be automatically detected for language and temporarily translated into English for analysis quality purposes. Reports are automatically returned in your original language. Raw submitted content is deleted from the primary Supabase database upon completion of the analysis pipeline. Residual presence in Vercel serverless function memory or infrastructure logs is technically necessary and subject to automated expiration policies. See our Privacy Policy for the full data flow description.
No AI Training: Submitted content is not used by Edithority to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any AI model. We contractually require the same limitation from our AI processing subprocessor (Anthropic).
Analysis Results & Export: Scores, marker breakdowns, and recommendations generated from your content are stored in your Supabase account history and accessible to you for export as PDF (branded report), CSV (structured data), or PPTX (presentation) formats. You may download reports at any time from each analysis module — Editorial Audit, Algorithmic Optimization, and AI Integrity.
Blog: Edithority publishes editorial content on its Blog, which is accessible without an account. Blog content is AI-assisted and editorially reviewed by Edithority staff before publication. Blog posts are informational only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. See our Disclaimer for further limitations.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that you accept our data processing terms as described in our Privacy Policy.
